    Balanced Horsemanship is run by Joanna Heaton who holds the Monty Roberts Preliminary Certificate of Horsemanship.

    Balanced Horsemanship is based at Thornbank Stables, St Andrews in Fife, with excellent training facilities, including an indoor and outdoor school, and minutes from the beach.

    Whatever the issue is that you have with your horse Balanced Horsemanship can help - whether you have a:

    - young foal or weanling that needs handling
    - horse that needs saddling, long-reining or backing;
    - horse who won’t shoe, catch, load, clip, or needs schooling, hacking out or
    - anything else you can think of Balanced Horsemanship will be able to help and advise

    Joanna and has her own round pen and equipment so can travel anywhere to work with your horse. She has worked extensively with horses across the UK, Ireland, Spain and Australia. Joanna can either travel to your own yard or home to work with your horses or the superb facilities at Thornbank Stables are available.
